Our Services

Thank you for considering Lincoln Tax Services of RI to prepare your tax returns. The below explains the terms of engagement and outlines services provided. Please reserve an appointment early in the tax season to guarantee availability. Kindly, provide 48 hours notice to reschedule.

We will prepare your federal and state income tax returns. We will depend on the information you provide to prepare complete and accurate returns. We will not audit or verify the data you submit. Please refer to prior year tax returns and/or see the lists below to be certain you have gathered all necessary documentation. Remove all documents from envelopes.

Fees are based on the number of forms used and the complexity of your tax return. Payment is due and payable upon presentation, regardless of outcome.

Original documents will be returned to you. Store these records and all supporting documents with your tax return, in a secure location. We retain copies from your engagement for three years, after which these documents will be destroyed. You will be provided with a copy of your tax return. Additional copies, paper or digital, are available for a fee.

This engagement will conclude with the delivery of your completed tax returns and subsequent e-filing. If you have not selected to e-file your returns with our office, you will be solely responsible to file the returns with the appropriate taxing authorities. Review all tax-return documents carefully before signing them.

Please visit IRS.gov Where's My Refund for information, after e-file and acceptance. For state refunds, visit the state's website. This office receives no information regarding your refund.

Thank you for the opportunity to be of service. Please Like and Follow us on Facebook for current information.
